Celebration Bermuda- A deeper green, drought tolerant, shade tolerant Bermuda. It thrives in full sun but tolerates partial shade (minimum of 5 hours of sun) and is a high traffic grass.

Tahoma 31 Bermuda- Is a drought tolerant, high traffic, cold tolerant, and shade tolerant hybrid Bermuda. It thrives in full sun but tolerates partial shade (minimum of 4 hours of sun).

Palmetto St. Augustine- It is the most popular variety of St. Augustine. It is a full sun grass but will tolerate partial shade (minimum of 4 hours of sun). It has superior cold and frost tolerance. It is ideal for a residential yard, performs well in both heat and cold, and has a broader blade than Bermuda.

Palisades Zoysia- It is a medium to coarse textered turf grass
know for its high density growth, drought tolerance, and traffic tolerance. It needs 6+ hours of sun. It is a disease resisstant grass. Developed by Texas A&M for Texas lawns.
Care: Once Established
All 4 varieties require 1 inch of water per week during the growing season to thrive. The Bermudas and Zoysia grass will brown and go into a dormant state if in drought conditions but will recover quickly with rain or proper watering. St. Augustine does not truly go dormant, therefore will need regular watering through the growing season. During the winter months it will need 2 inches of water per month.
Care: Newly Planted Sod
Water mornings and late afternoons everyday for 3 weeks. On the 4th week water twice a day every other day. On the 5th week water once a day every other day. On the 6th week water once a day twice a week. Stay at twice a week for the rest of the growing season.
Use new lawn starter fertilizer when planting. Your new lawn will be mowable after 5 weeks.
Do not apply weed killers or weed & feed products for the first year.
